Positive: Административный персонал очень отзывчивый. Быстро отвечают и пытаются быстро решить проблему.
Negative: Обслуживаюший персонал (уборка) работают не очень ответственно. Не меняли полотенца 3 дня, хотя администратрация давала им соответствующие указания.
